As a Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist, Shawna is able to guide you through a fit pregnancy and a more comfortable delivery. She can describe in detail the anatomical and physiological changes that occur during pregnancy, discuss guidelines and outline safe and appropriate exercise design for the pre-natal and post partum woman, identify common physical complaints of pregnancy, along with their associated causes and discuss management strategies and more…..
